Lawmakers Proposing New 6% Sales Tax on Golf

Substitute Senate Bill No. 932 extends sales tax to:
· Greens Fees
· Driving Range Fees
· Golf Lessons
· Entry to Golf Events
· Private club membership and dues in addition to the current 10% tax.


The Connecticut Golf Alliance is calling on you to help defeat this unfair tax, and with your support, we know we can achieve success. Spread the news to your fellow friends and golfers, getting them to write their elected officials and join the coalition if they haven’t already.
